Deadly Boss Mods - a must have addon for raiders. Cheese - addon that adds a proc overlay similar to the one we have in WOW Cataclysm. A search window is also provided in order to find items across all your characters. In addition, BagSync also records things like your character professions, currency and gold. BagSync - it tracks the items on your characters and displays the information in collective tooltips. TradeSkillInfo - addon for professions (since it can do a lot of things i recommend checking out it's functions here). Can also link professions from other characters on your account if you have scanned them. Ackis recipe list - addon that scans your profession and tells you which recipes you're missing and where to get them.
